This is a firm pillow. It may take some time to adjust to a corrective cervical support pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. For those who are newer to cervical support pillows, or prefer slightly less support, the “Lite” version may be a better option for you. The Lite version provides moderate to firm support, while the standard version provides very firm support. Measuring Instructions: Stand with your arms at your side, looking straight ahead. Using a ruler, measure from the base of your neck to the outside tip of the bony prominence (greater tubercle) of the shoulder. Ignore any muscle mass beyond the bony prominence.
NOTE: If your measurement falls between two sizes or if you sleep on a soft surface such as memory foam or a pillow-top mattress, choose one size smaller.
