Second Barrel: first fill Silenus Reserve Oak Knoll Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel Secondary Aging: 1 year 2 months Proof: 106 proof Tasting Notes: Notes of oak, red orchard fruits and vanilla up front. Creamy rich tannins on the mouth feel followed by a sweet baking spice finish that compliments this elegant whiskey. About: Very Small batch. Limited release. Farm to bottle, utilizing grains from Starlight’s 700+ acre farm founded in 1843. Sweet mash process & double pot distilled on our Vendome copper pot still. Starlight used a barrel entry proof of 108 - 112 proof.
